Designed and deployed with zero external budget, it centralizes IT requests into a workflow-driven system with Single Sign-On, role-based access control, automation, SLA monitoring, and real-time analytics. The system is used daily across the Ministry and has resulted in 70% faster incident response initiation and 98% user satisfaction.
